Our services are designed to empower underserved youth ages 15 to 21 in urban communities by providing a comprehensive set of services that support personal growth, leadership, and long-term success. We offer entrepreneurship training that teaches the fundamentals of starting and managing a business, including business planning, marketing, and budgeting. Our life skills development sessions focus on practical tools such as goal setting, time management, communication, and decision-making. To help youth navigate both professional and social settings with confidence, we provide etiquette training covering topics like interview readiness, personal presentation, and respectful interaction.
Financial literacy education is a core component of our services, equipping participants with essential knowledge about budgeting, saving, credit, and financial planning. Leadership and character-building workshops encourage youth to discover their strengths, develop values, and step into leadership roles within their communities. Through our mentorship and coaching programs, participants receive guidance and support from caring adults who help them stay focused and motivated.
We also offer college and career readiness services, including assistance with applications, resume building, job search strategies, and interview preparation. Finally, youth have opportunities to apply what they learn through community engagement projects that foster civic responsibility and real-world problem-solving. Together, these services help unlock each young person’s potential and inspire them to believe that success is possible.
We collect and distribute new and gently used clothing to teens and young adults in underserved communities. From professional attire for job interviews to casual wear for everyday confidence, each piece supports their journey toward independence and success.
Have clothing you’d like to donate? We accept items for teens and young adults ages 15–21, especially professional, casual, and seasonal wear in good condition. Click below to view our donation guidelines or schedule a drop-off.
